Divorce Care

David and Susie have had a heart for divorced individuals for several years.  They agree with the focus of the Divorce Care ministry  philosophy that: “There aren’t many people around you who understand the pain your divorce or separation has caused.  To you. Your family. Your friends.” (Taken from Divorce Care)
Individuals who are caught up in the chaos of divorce often feel alone and distanced from those around them. Initially family and friends rally around to provide comfort and support but eventually the individual is left to work through his/her pain alone and disillusioned. Even the most well-grounded believer becomes confused and disoriented by the circumstances. 

Divorce Care provides a safe environment for separated or divorced individuals to work through their questions and receive consistent Biblical wisdom in a small group setting.  Every week, a new topic is explored through a DVD presentation.  A work book is available and participants are encouraged to share how the material has helped them.   

David and Susie have opened their home to this once-a-week ministry to help and encourage others who need support and a refocusing back to Christ during this difficult time.
